Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items, packages or gift cards. Clothing, jewelry and accessories may be exchanged within 72 hours "IF" tag is still attached and unworn for credit only. In the event that an item is sent back via mail (such as clothing) it must be returned within 72 hours of receiving, tags attached and for store credit only less shipping fees.
